The founders of Trailblazer Pizza Co., Caleb and Brooklyn, once worked at the former restaurant Pablo’s Pizza in Fruita back when they both were in high school. The couple fell in love with each other and with the restaurant in the process. Both left to pursue higher education and other job opportunities.

Once Caleb and Brooklyn caught wind of the opportunity to purchase Pablo’s Pizza in Fruita from the previous owner years later, they could not let this opportunity pass them by. The two purchased Pablo’s Pizza and went to work creating their new brand, Trailblazer Pizza Co. The word “Trailblazer” has always described these two. They are creators and do not fall in line with the status quo. And voilà, Trailblazer Pizza Company was born!
